Dr. Morrison, whose journey began in Atlanta, Georgia, is a dedicated physician whose early aspiration to help others shaped her career. After earning her undergraduate degree from New York University, she took her commitment to health advocacy global, serving African refugees in Tel Aviv, Israel. She then pursued her MD at Tel Aviv University, where she honed her medical expertise.

Upon returning to New York, Dr. Morrison excelled during her residency and chief residency at Mount Sinai Morningside-West, demonstrating her leadership and clinical skills. Her passion for infectious diseases led her to Chicago, where she furthered her training as the chief fellow in a rigorous fellowship program. Here, she completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Investigation, with a groundbreaking research thesis that investigated multi-drug-resistant bacteria in underrepresented regions, including Nigeria.

Dr. Morrison is not only board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases but also a compassionate advocate for health equity, making her an influential voice in the medical community. Dr. Straus is an anesthesiologist and pain management specialist located in Canton, Georgia.
