Office Updates

COVID-19

    • When you arrive for your visit appointment, if you have a fever >100.5 and dry cough, please stay in you car and call the office at 770-479-2322
    • All scheduled patients, stay in your car until your “scheduled appointment time”. We will ask that you go back to your car if you are not scheduled and you arrive at the office.
    • We are asking that the family members of patients not accompany the individual into the medical office unless the patient clearly requires assistance.
    • All patients should prepare for their visit with balances called in or payment arrangements already made. Prior to every visit, our patients receive a phone call stating their appointment time and statements are mailed to the address on file. If you would like to prepay for a visit, you may call the office in advance.
    • If you have any questions regarding your balance or insurance these must be handled prior to your visit.
    • Please go to the portal and make sure we have your correct address, phone number and insurance information as well as verify your medication list are correct. The portal is real-time and reflects the information we have in the office.
    • You must have an email to utilize the portal. Please open a Gmail account so that we may send you the patient portal invite. A family member may assist you with this process.
    • In the unlikely event that you become sick after contact with someone with known Coronavirus infection or after travel from China, South Korea, Italy, Iran, or Japan we ask that you contact your PCP.
    • Narcotics cannot be called in nor electronically prescribed. The narcotic regulations were NOT loosened by the Federal or State governments. You will need to be physically seen and may not fill medications early.
